Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida. I rent a house that has central air conditioning and the landlord will not repair it. Can I deposit my rent money with the court until the air conditioning is repaired?

You must first comply with FS 83 regarding 7 day notice to repair.
