Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in state of FL I rented out a room in my apartment to a mother with 2 kids. There was no contract nor agreement signed, I advised her 30 days ago she needs to move out. About 2 weeks ago she been unreachable and has stuff in apartment. She is due to leave tomorrow. But I can't reach her. When I advise she needed to leave I said it verbally everything between us has been verbal what should I do?

Since you rented you will need to evict her.

You will have to bring an eviction action should she refuse to move out.

if she has left, it seems that you can store her stuff and move on. if she returns give her her stuff. if storing her stuff is a problem, you may have to evict to have the stuff properly removed by the sheriff. seek some legal advice with all your facts
