Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I've been living in a motel for almost a year now. In Kissimmee fl. (sunset motel) It started with a good rate and price, even had me in a nice room. They moved me to a nasty room "only for a couple days, so and old lady could have a ground floor room for the weekend" that was months ago now. Still in this nasty room, that needs repairs and has bugs. They raised my rent 3 times with no written notice, and found out one of the only tenets that had his rent raised here. So after the 3rd time I reported the hotel to the hotel and restaurant health board. Now the have to fix the room. But trying to make me move out of the hotel "to fix the room"... I know I have tenet rights. But what should I do

You probably are considered a landlord/tenant relationship and you would have to be evicted. However, if they are required to make repairs and they are offering you a room while they do so, they are within the law. it is only after if they do not return you to the room that you may have a case against them.
