Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
What makes a single dwelling home untenantable? We have a back yard that is not being maintained at all, weeds, unable to use really. I want to withhold rent until it is addressed. Would I be in the right to do so?

wees to not make a house unhabitable. See who is supposed to take care of it. Usually a rental house is maintained by the tennant.
