Legal Question
I am a mobile home tenant who has been "renting to own" from a landlord. The landlord told me at least two years ago,when I have paid him $5000.oo in rent, he would give me the title to the unit. I have been living in this property for 3 and a half years and I have paid him a total of $15,900.oo . The landlord refuses to give me a title. What are my rights?
