Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i used to own a mobile home, but i had no legal documents. I pay lot rent to the first first owners daughter. We do not have a legal agreement on payment i just pay her.But i bought the mobile home from someone that bought it from someone. I live there for about a year and a half before i could not afford it anymore. We agreed that i would give her back the mobile home for the money i owe her. It was about 3 weeks when she told my mom, which lives next door to me on the same land, that she wanted her keys. I went to talk to her let her know i was trying to clean it up before i give it to her. I stressed the point that it was a mess because me and my boyfriend live there for 2 months without water and lights. But she told me that she didn't care and to give her keys to her. So i did 2 weeks ago. Now she is telling my mom that if i don't go there and clean it up that she will take farther action. Can she do that?

It depends on your agreement. Hopefully you put something in writing about this. If not, you may have a problem.

Do you have anything in writing? I think you are ok since you made the attempt to clean up the mobile home.
