Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am two months into a two-year lease, but I now need to move out after one year. This current lease is a 2-yr lease extension form of an original lease. The original lease states "no extension may be greater than one year. A new lease is required for each year."

Does this void the lease extension form we signed because it was for 2 years (greater than one year?)
