Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Is there a way I can get out of my renewal lease agreement without penalty.
My current lease is up July 31st and the new lease agreement begins August 1st. Is there anyway that I can get out of the renewal lease being that it hasn't even started yet and I am giving at least 30 days notice.

Your current lease agreement controls the rights and responsibilities. You need to have that lease reviewed.
