Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I own rental property in a gated community. the covenants say I can ride a motorcycle to my house and out. If I have family members ride a motorcycle also, can they be denied access with me to my house?

It sounds as if the purpose of the covenant is to prevent motorcycles from being ridden around the neighborhood as a race course or pastime. It's likely that the community does not have a problem with persons who come and go from the homes on motorcycles, they just don't want the subdivision streets to be open to continuous "riding around' without purpose on noisy, distracting vehicles, ie motorcycles. If you really don't understand the meaning of the words, ask the president of the association. If you believe that the association is attempting to prevent your family or guests from having access to your home, because they are riding a motorcycle, then you may want to see a general practice attorney to review the covenants.
