Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
In the state a Florida, if a $500 deposit was given on an apt but, no lease or documents were given or signed, am I entitled to any or all of my deposit to be refunded? NO PAPERWORK, LEASE, CONTRACT, OR AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED.

Maybe. If you pursue it you will find out what the opposing party says about the money which was paid. There is no definitive answer without paperwork of some sort or emails or something.
