Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We are staying in a RV park in South Florida. We have always paid our rent on time and receipt shows that space is reserved till April 16, 2013 by us. For several weeks I have went down to the recreation room and used the floors and tables to cut fabric and work on it. Today the manager ordered us to leave on the 16th and said we can no longer stay here. Said I was making use of the room without permission. No where are there any signs saying that it is off limits, no where can I find anything in the brocher saying that it is not for use. Can she do this? I asked if we just stop is that ok since she had never given any warning, she said it is not up for discussion and we are to get out. ???

If there is no rules to state otherwise, then no. If she proceeds with an eviction you can certainly inform the court of the arrangements you had with her and she may be liable for the moving expense that you incur.
