Re: Tenant rental

A landlord cannot force a tenant to pay advance rent other than what is required in the contract. A landlord has no right to take action against you until you have failed to pay the rent when it is due. As a practical matter, you may wish to provide your landlord a post-dated check with explicit instructions not to cash until the date provided.

Re: Tenant rental

No, The landlord cannot force you. You have to comply the terms and condition of the agreement. The landlord cannot take the law in his own hands.
