Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
A tree fell on my car. I spoke with the landlord on several occasions about about removing these trees. My neighbor sent him a certified letter about the same problem and the came and cut the tree in her yard down. We live in a duplex so her yard is technically my yard. Is he responsible for the damage to my car. Found out that the tree was dead and it broke due to the fact it was termite infested and was rotting.

Yes, he's liable. Why don't you try making a claim on his homeowners' insurance? If not, you'll have to take him to court.
