Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My X landlady lives full time in Panama central America. I paid rent to her and sent it to a PO box in West Palm bch where the house was too. She kept my 1650. sec. dep. and sent me a certified letter that she was going to. I dispute all.

Can I sue her in small claims court for my money. Another words can they serve her there? I know exactly where she lives but is's a bit remote? thanks! !!!

You can sue her and yes you have to serve her. It may need to be under the laws in Panama also. You need to be careful. Perhaps an attorney would be a good thing to have in this circumstance.
