Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
When our Corvette Club holds a meeting in Florida, our secretary records the meeting (so as to get facts straight and names, motions, etc correct). Do we need to announce that the meeting is recorded? S. Welch

Yes, if it is not obvious to everyone that the meeting is being recorded. Why are you so worried about telling the members that it is being recorded?
