Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

An installed satelite dish has caused damage to a home which resulted in mold infestation and illness to inhabitants. The statute of limitations has run out. Is there anything that can be done, legal wise, to alleviate some of the medical bills, home repair bills, and loss of property value? Under what reasons is the statute overriden?

Is this your satellite dish? If this belongs to another person, and you did not give permission for this dish to be attached to your property, it is a continuing trespass.

If you ordered the dish to be installed, and it was installed negligently, causing damage, then the question is when did you become, or should have been aware of the negligent installation and resulting damage. I don't know what statute you refer to, so it's not possible to tell you how to "overide" that statute.
