Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Roofer that gave estimate and was lined up to do the work was fired the night before, new employee sent out to do the work and said the roof was worse than the first worker who gave estimate and the estimate is what is on my signed proposal. Now no one is returning my calls. Is the company legally obligated to complete the contracted work?
