Is this legal malpractice
Would this be considered legal malpractice if a legal assistant quits 3 days into trial (during the trial) leaving the attorney to have a trial consultant(only hired to do the technical aspects of the trial) step up and help because the attorney is now kind of stumbling around the preparations?
