What a tragedy. I am so sorry for your loss. You have two years from the date the alleged negligence occurred - but there is a lot you need to do to even be able to file a law suit so its best not to wait. If you would like to call me so we can discuss the facts in more detail, please call 800-379-TEAM (8226).

I am very sorry for your loss. The Statute of Limitations is two years from when you knew or should have known that the malpractice occurred. It would be in you and your families best interest to contact an experienced attorney to give you proper legal advice. Should you have any questions, please contact 1-800-33-COHEN or (954)983-7100.

Sincerely,
