Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

medical mistake

I have been on Imatrex and effexor for years, i just found out that these 2 pills taken together are toxic to the liver. My doctor or Walgreens never said anything, what can I do about it?.

Nothing. If you read the package insert, you will see that those very risks are disclosed to you. Your prescribing doctor, as well, should have advised you and is probably doing liver tests every now and then.
