Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

my son went to the ER he had one broken tooth a nd deep laceration to inner/outer portion of upper lip. Urgent care MD did the sutures. He just had sutures removed yesterday. ER MD did sutures incorrectly., Portion of lip that was sutured healed unvenly and does not look good. Dentist and his pediatrician both agreed sutures were incorrectly done and said he will need to see a plastic surgeon to remove/fix this. My 19 yr old son wants this correctled asap. What legal action can I take to assist with this issue? Please let me know.

You really don't have a case, and here's why: They doctors don't owe your son a duty to get a great cosmetic result, only to stabilize him. He probably would have needed a plastic surgeon to repair this no matter when it was done.

Best of luck.
