Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Can you sue a doctor for not tying one of yor fallopian tubes and not tell you directly. 2 years later i am pregnant.got my medical transcript of the procedure and shows that only one tube was tied.doctor never told he did not do the other one and never warned me to protect myself.
