Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I was suppose to have had a complete hysterectomy in 1992 but as of today i am pregnant. Is there anything that i can do about this?

Probably no. I only hesitate because this is a difficult area to judge without looking at all the facts and many times clients are wrong on the dates. Florida statute of limitations has run. See Floirda Statute 95.11 and an attorney who handles these cases to do a more detailed review.
