Re: Temporary Stent left for two years

You may well have a malpractice case. You should speak to a lawyer who is skilled in this area. Most lawyers don't handle malpractice cases. You should look for a lawyer who is board certified in civil trial law, as are the lawyers in our firm. There are strict time limits to file a case of this type in court, so you should speak to someone right away. We would be happy to discuss the case with you. We offer a free initial consultation.
