Re: discharge

Submit a petition (legal argument) to the appropriate discharge review board to have your discharge upgraded. I help Veterans and Service Members do this. Contact me if you need help.

Re: discharge

Generally speaking, a person may be able to request a record change with the appropriate military service Discharge Review Board. However, the record change may be barred due to statue of limitations.

It would be in your best interest to talk with a lawyer and discuss the details of your situation so that he/she can outline what your options might be.

Good luck!
