Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

re-entry into the military full story...

Hello, I was separated from the USAF in feb of 2003 with a separation code of JKN and a reentry code of 2b. My discharge is honorable conditions (general). I was in AIT (Training for my MOS) I failed out...2 tests. I was given 2 LOR (letter of reprimands) both academic related. The Airforce views failing tests as misconduct. I have never had an article 15 and when i was separated I was not given the option to re-class...(to choose another MOS) I have no behavioral or criminal reports on my military record. Is it possible for me to join the ARMY...if so what steps do i need to take? Thank you kindly!

Go ask the Army recruiter. He has the latest information or give them a call, or look it up on-line.

Easiest way to get the most recent up-dated information.
