Battery on a pregnant person.

Me and My Younger step sister got into an argument over touching her stuff.She is Pregnant and I only ripped her shirt but they are saying i hit her.Though she has no marks,She is 16 and I am 17,She called the cops and they have me for battery on a pregnant person,How far will this go if she has no proof i hit her,Only evidence she has is her torn shirt.

Tron shirt is enought. Battery is the unconsented touching of another. Get an attorney.
