Botched surgery by VA
I had surgery to remove possible
breast cancer. It was the size of a
grain of rice.
I guide wire was used to pin point the
area. The doctor removed ALL tissue
along the wire. About 1/3 of my
breast.
I was instructed by a patient
advocate to file a tort. Where do I
begin?
