Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I am going to court for a slip and fall I was arrested for petit theft and just had it expunged can they use that against me ? Do I have to admit that it happened ?

In Florida, an expungement does not come in. Only felony crimes where there is a finding of guit or a plea of guilty does it come in, unless it is a crime involving dishonesty.
