Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My dad died this year. He had a Trust drawn up that put all of his belonging in. He married a woman who had one and stated that "He won't get anything from me when I die and I don't want anything from him." Although this statement was made in front of numerous people when dad died, she decided to renigh on her prenuptial verbal aggreement and is now suing us for everything. Dad and mom skrimped and saved for over 55 years, mom died and the step mom was only in the family for 6 years. I have now developed severe migraine headaches as a result of the aggravation this woman has caused our family who can I sue?

No one. You will just need to defend the suit (or the trust will). You may be able to recoup the fees to do so, however. You cannot sue for your headaches.
