Legal Question
I was hit by a us postal worker running a red light early one moerning...she hit me going 64 miles an hour and spun me 180 degrees befroe stopping because of the embankment...had to file a federal tort case...help what does this mean and how will i ever recover for all of my injuries especially for medical going forward?
as to date they have paid nothing.
