Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Insurance Adjusters Extend the Settlement Offer which is lower than cost of medial bills. But at that time I did not know what is going to be the bills. He had me sign a release letter and he send me the check. I did not cash the check yet. Do I have any way to get back him to look into my case ?

Signing the release is what ends your claim not cashing the check. Your ignorance of what your bills were to be is really not a basis for reopening a claim. That said, I would take all your paperwork to an attorney and have them review it to see if you have finally concluded your case or there is an opportunity to open it up.

It depends on whether you had agreed to settlement for the amount of the check. If you had not agreed to accept that amount, then the check is just an offer. If, however, you had agreed to accept that amount there may be a binding settlement. You should take all paperwork related to the issue to an attorney for a free consultation. A personal injury attorney licensed in Florida would be your best option.
