what laws or statutes would be used to confirm the following statements:
1, Even when the other driver caused the accident, Florida residents must use their own Personal Injury Protection (PIP) auto insurance to pay medical bills and lost wages
2, You are required by Florida law to speak to the law enforcement officer to answer questions about the accident. If you make an incriminating statement that could lead to a criminal or civil charge against you, all of the information you provide during the accident investigation is privileged and may not be used against you in any criminal or civil proceeding
