As a parent, am I responsible for my married 26-year old son automobile accident he had while living with me?

If your son was driving your car, then you are jointly responsible with him.

If your son lives in your home and does not have a car of his own, then you may be responsible.

If your son lives in your home and has a car of his own that is insured, then you are not responsible.
