Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was recently in a car accident in April and unfortuanetly i was deemed the at fault driver...If there were 3 cars and the 1st car slammed on their brakes to turn instantly then the lady in front of me slammed on her brakes which caused me to lock up my brakes and slide into her rearend..I am now being sued am i at fault to pay the 18000 dollars their asking for because i did not have bodily injury???

Call your insurance company to defend you. That is why you pay insurance. However, there is a presumption of negligence in a rear-end collision that the person who hit someone from behind was at fault.
