Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

settlement amounts. I know that circumstances are always different. Came out of my apt. and stepped into a rather large hole in the sidewalk. Sidewalk belongs to my landlord. Suffered pain in both knees and r hip. went through one months therapy. Still isn't right yet. what are the damge amounts in general. All soft tissue injuries. Possible scope on r knee at later date.

You wont know the potential damages until you are finished treating. If you get the arthroscopy, and it turns out there is more damage than originally thought, the value of your claim will increase.
