Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Ok here's the situation i had a flat one day so i called AAA to tow my van to replace the tire because we already had used the spare. Now everything was fine untill the car was being moved back to the ground. After the driver backed the van up then she attemped to unhook the hook or latch that lowers the van. Shortly after unhooking it from the car she forgot to take the hook from under the cars path she jumped back into the van put the van in nuetral then she released the brake and the car rolled back off the ramp we herd a grinding sound from under the van. After that we saw the front end or bumper snap and the tire struck the ground. The tow companies are trying to fix it at their shop but after they avoided me and my wife after i brought the van to their shop only to be sent home with no repairs.. Problem is they won't give us insurance information how should i deal with this matter.?Is it illegal to withhold insurance info.

Get an estimate for the car damage, see a lawyer. Yes, they can withhold insurance information. Want to know the law? Sign up for our free newsletter on varies areas of the law by sending an email to [email protected] and requesting the newsletter, or go to www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com.
