Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

We are so upset with this lawyer that we want to just say the hell with the whole thing is it to late to fire this lawyer and if not how do we do it, do we just send him a certified letter and tell him we no longer need his services or what?

You can always fire a lawyer. My suggestion is that you first sit down and speak to the lawyer to see if you can resolve your differences. Be aware that the lawyer will have a claim against your case if you fire him/her without cause.
