my wife struck me with our family car,(she pled guilty domestic violence(misd)) is my insurance gonna pay my medicalbills and give me something for pain and suffering. this happened june 9th,2009

Your spouse is liable, but only to the amount of coverage. If it was intentional, which it sounds like, there will be no coverage.
