Legal Question
My boyfriends car was stolen from a body shop. The car was parked outside overnight, and they are claiming they are not liable. What type of laywer do we contact in this type of case? We have tried several times to contact the owner and he is refusing all calls, visits and letters. This has been going on for 2 years and now it is simply time to take legal action. What are our next steps?
