Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

when 2 unmarried people have a mortgage in both names. they split up and the one moves out the other wants to move someone else in. Is there a way to prevent that from happening.

Title in the deed controls, not the mortgage.

The individual properly in possession is allowed to have anyone they want live in the house. The existence of a responsibility to pay a mortgage does not necessarily give someone a right to possession or right to prevent others from being in possession.
