Asbestos

When selling a condominium is it required to disclose abestos is in drywall tape adhesive if asbestos is incapsulated?

You are required to disclose any known defects or anything that would materially affect the value of the unit. Under the key case of Johnson v. Davis, you can be sued for failure to disclose which could prove very costly.
