Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

break-up/partition

break up---we own property that are in both our names and a few in my name only and a few in his name only, i want to divide them up, the 8 year relationship is over and he is tearing apart the homes. they can't even be rented out now without extensive repairs. we have no business contract agreement for any of the properties. can i get him to repair the damage he has caused? does he have any legal right to properties just in my name and vise versa
