Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

There was a a broken water pipe in the ceiling of my indoor garage ceiling. My unit is actually right above the broken pipe. I have about 1200 Sq feet of exotic wooden floors that have been completely ruined and damaged because the water from the leaky pipe was absorbed into the concrete ceiling and into the subfloors and floors of my unit. I will need to be removed and replaced ALL of my wooden floors due to the water that has been soaked into the concrete ceiling and into my floors. I also currently have black mold in my subflooring and flooring. My Condo management Office sent over a plummer that broke two walls down in my guest bathroom to get to the broken pipe. These walls have NOT yet been fixed nor have my floors been replaced or repaired by the condo board. The condo board Insurance policy refuses to pay for any damage done to my unit even though The entire situation was caused by a pipe NOT in my unit but in a common area inside the garage ceiling. Can I sue my Condo association for the removal of the black mold? Can I also sue them for the removal and replacement and cost of the damage done to my wood floors and guest bathroom walls? Thanking you in advance for your advice regarding this matter.

You must be able to show negligence in taking care of the pipe by the Condo. If they had no prior notice of a problem, they may have valid defense.
