Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

buying condo; have school loans

I am trying to buy a condo in broward county fl. I have school loans currently in deferment. What are the situations in which a lender of school loans will be able to get to sell your house to pay them back (if there are any laws related to that)? I do not want to get a condo and then have to be forced to sell it as that will be my only place to live.

Your homestead is given protection under florida law and it is my experience that the student loans can be arranged over a longer payment period period. If you need further assistance send me an e-mail with a phone number to reach you.
