Car Theft on Hotel Property

While in Florida, my rental car was stolen in a hotel parking lot. Hotel mgm't did not handle situation well at all and I am wondering how responsible they would be - IF I am forced to pay for this rental car thru my own insurance company.

Can I pursue my out of pocket expenses to the hotel, since I feel they should be responsible.

Contact your insurance carrier. If it is covering the claim, it will appoint an attorney on your behalf. Good luck.
