Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was charged with criminal mischief between $200 - $1000, me & the victim(ex-girlfriend) came to an agreement that I will pay for the damages, the state(Florida) had press charges against me, not the victim, is there any way the victim can get the charge drop?
