Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Can I get my earnest money deposit back from new home builder? I haven't received executed contract from them and they haven't started building yet. We signed some documents with their salesperson on August 21.

Potentially. An unsigned offer is not a contract. You need to notify the other party in writing that you withdraw the offer to purchase the property. Best to consult with an attorney to make sure it is done correctly.
