Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I've filed a Request for Production (in a foreclosure case), requesting to see the Mortgage Contract, Promissory Note, and all Assigns. I just received a Response to Request for Production, that states "Plaintiff objects to Defendant's Requests to the extent that Defendant seeks confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information.", etc. How do I answer this, i.e.: Would it be an "Opposition to Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Request for Production"? An affidavit? What is the proper response to THEIR response?

Motion to Compel. I believe under FL Rules, you must give the opposing party a notice of intent before filing, but just move to compel. And, please get an attorney.
