Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

This is Florida. My unfenced back yard is now being visited daily by unruly kids from two houses away. I saw them trying to poke and jab each other with long sticks. If they injure each other while on my property, can their parents sue me? Their mother is a lawyer. If they sue me, she will have free legal representation. She is very hands off -- allows her very young children to run through the back yards without supervision. What should I do, if anything.

They can only sue you and be successful if you are negligent in some fashion or you have created an attractive nuisance that prompts the injury. If the young boys are trespassing I would call the police AND i would have an attorney send letters to the parents advising them that the trespassing cannot continue. Take proactive action before the injury occurs to put them on notice to intervene to protect their own children.
